About Us
From a garage shop to Utah's go-to custom CNC and woodworking studio.
Our Journey
Mountain Valley Manufacturing started when we had the chance to buy an existing CNC shop — then called No Limits MFG & Design. Dallin quit his job, and we dove in headfirst. After running the business with our original partners for a few years, we took over full ownership and rebranded to Mountain Valley Manufacturing.
The name "Mountain Valley" comes from the feeling of looking out across an open valley from the mountains — wildflowers everywhere, totally at peace. That's the feeling we want our customers to have when they see their finished project. It's personal work, and we treat it that way.
Dallin brings over 12 years of design and woodworking experience, with formal training in drafting and CAD. Every project is designed in Fusion 360 and cut with precision — but what really sets us apart is that we're the only shop in Utah doing fully customizable CNC work across this range of materials and applications. Most CNC shops specialize in metal or cabinets. We do everything else.
Our Family
Mountain Valley is a family business — run by Dallin and his wife Tabitha, with two kids who are already showing signs of being the next generation of makers.
Dallin has been building things since he was a kid — LEGOs and K'nex back then, wood-based creations now. Woodworking has been his hobby for over 10 years, and he went to school to get his degree in drafting. When he's not in the shop, he's grilling or smoking meat, trying new recipes, or rock climbing.
Tabitha is the operational backbone of the business. She handles client communication, follow-ups, and keeps everything running behind the scenes. She and Dallin share a love of adventure — rock climbing is a favorite, and it reflects how they approach both life and business: reaching new heights with determination and teamwork.
Their son has inherited Dallin's love for building — he's constantly engineering creations out of paper, foam, cardboard, and tape. Their daughter is tough as nails and not afraid to get her hands dirty, all while wearing her finest dresses. Whether she's tending the garden or joining her brother's adventures, she's an adventurer with a heart of gold.
Family values are at the core of everything we do. One of the most important things about this business is the independence it gives us — the ability to work for ourselves, spend time with our kids, and build something meaningful. Life is what you make of it.
Why Mountain Valley?
Fully Custom, Every Time
Every single job we do is completely unique. We don't run a template shop — we design and build exactly what you need, whether it's one piece or a hundred.
The Only Shop Like Us in Utah
Most CNC shops do metal or cabinets. We specialize in fully customizable wood, plastic, acrylic, and foam work — nobody else in Utah does what we do.
